About the Course

Math lab is a small group tutoring for students in math. The class times are broken into 30 minute sections with each session allowing up to 5 students at a time. During this time, students can ask questions about math, whether they need help on a particular problem, recommendations for studying strategies, and more. The Math Lab will be open for all math courses, even for those not associated with Cornerstone, so do not hesitate to consider it even if your child needs assistance in anything math-related!

About Bailey

My name is Bailey Robinson. I will be teaching Geometry and Calculus I as well as holding a Math Lab for tutoring purposes. I was born in New Orleans but have lived in Southern Indiana for most of my life. I currently hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and work at the University of Louisville as a math tutor. Furthermore, I am the oldest of 4 children and as such, I have had ample opportunity to assist all of them in many levels of mathematics. Between my siblings, my work, and other smaller tutoring practices, I have immense knowledge on math as a whole, from basic arithmetic to Calculus II.
I am quite excited to try my hand at teaching math on a higher level, especially with my passion for math as a whole. I dearly hope to encourage students to not just appreciate math, but to appreciate critical thinking in general; optimally, I would love to extend this encouragement to parents as well. Though difficult it may sometimes be to grasp, I believe math to be a great example of both God's logical capabilities and the order built into His creation.
