About the Course
The 1/2 History/Science class is a weekly, hour long class that covers both subjects.
For the science portion of this class, we will be learning about the wonders of God's creation, including plants, animals, and the human body, using the book "God's Design: Life for Beginners" from Masterbooks by Debbie Lawrence. Purchasing the book is not required.
For the history portion of class, we will be learning about events and important people from ancient times to the Fall of Rome, using selected chapters from Story of the World, Volume 1 as a guide. Purchasing the book is not required.
We will enjoy learning about science and history through reading, games, experiments, and activities. A course outline will be provided via email closer to the class start date.
Tuition can be paid in cash, check, or venmo/paypal/cashapp.

About Gencie
Gencie Todd is wife to Brandon and mom and homeschool teacher to four children, ages 4 to 13. They live in Georgetown, Indiana with their 9 chickens, 1 hamster, a bird and a goldfish. Gencie graduated from Campbellsville University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She and her family love serving in their local church. Gencie has been homeschooling for seven years and enjoys learning along with her children.
